Who we are

renza.me is run by Renza, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us through our contact form. If you buy anything from us, we will show you the terms for that purchase before you pay, and those apply to it alongside these.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to get around its security, overload it, copy it in bulk by automated means, or use it to send anything harmful.

Photographs you upload

• Only upload photographs you have the right to use and to have altered. A photographer often keeps the copyright in their images, so check your licence first.
• You keep whatever rights you had in the photographs you upload.
• We use them to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains.

Staged images

A staged image is an AI-generated illustration of what a room could look like. It can get details wrong. Before you publish one, compare it with the original, check it does not misrepresent the property and label it as edited. Responsibility for a published listing rests with whoever publishes it. We do not promise that any portal or publisher will accept an image.

Our guides are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. Products, prices and availability change, and the retailer’s own terms apply to anything you buy. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to. Our disclosure page explains how links to retailers work.

Our content

The text, design and images on this site belong to Renza or the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to link to any page and quote short passages with a credit. Please do not republish whole guides.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be either. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from use of the free site and guides. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
