What cookies and browser storage do
Cookies are small values a website saves in your browser and sends back with relevant requests. Local storage keeps a value on your device until it is removed. Both can support a feature you request; neither is automatically an advertising tool.
You can read our public pages and contact us without an account. The contact form does not save its contents in cookies or local storage; submitted messages are stored in our database as explained in the privacy policy.
Cookies used by Renza
- __Secure-better-auth.session_token identifies your signed-in session so you can use protected account features. It lasts up to 7 days, can be renewed while you use the app, and is cleared when you sign out.
- __Secure-better-auth.state links a sign-in request to its callback to protect the authentication process. It lasts up to 5 minutes and is cleared after the callback completes successfully.
- renza_invite_link temporarily holds a newly created agency invitation so its creator can view and copy the link. It lasts up to 10 minutes.
These cookies support the account features you request, rather than tracking you for advertising. The __Secure- prefix identifies cookies restricted to HTTPS connections. Cookie names may also appear without that prefix.
Your saved display preference
renza.getting-started.hidden is a local-storage entry, not a cookie. When you choose Hide on the getting-started guidance, we save that choice so the guidance stays hidden in that browser.
It has no automatic expiry. Clearing Renza’s site data removes the preference and lets the guidance appear again where it is relevant. It is not used for advertising or shared with retailers.
Other services
When you continue to Google or Microsoft to sign in, or to Stripe for checkout, those services may use their own cookies and storage on their pages. Their notices explain those uses. Renza’s cookie list does not describe every cookie used on another website.
Our hosting provider also handles requests and security checks. Technical request data is covered by our privacy policy. Fonts and the website’s example images are served with the site, not embedded from advertising networks.
Managing your choices
Use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings to view, block or remove cookies and local storage for renza.me. Clearing or blocking sign-in cookies will sign you out or prevent account features from working. Signing out does not clear the saved guidance preference.
There is no analytics or advertising consent choice because Renza does not currently enable that tracking. If we introduce technology that requires consent, it will stay off until you agree, and we will provide a way to withdraw that choice.
We update this page when storage changes. Contact Renza if you have a question about a cookie or your information.
