What Renza does

You upload a photograph of a room, choose a style, and Renza returns a furnished version to compare with the original. It is built for UK estate agents, who photograph empty and tired rooms every week and need them to read well on a listing.

Why it exists

An empty room is hard to judge from a photograph. Buyers and tenants cannot tell how big it is, what fits in it or what it is for, and a room that is hard to read gets scrolled past. Physical staging solves that but means hiring and moving furniture, and paying someone to edit each image by hand takes days.

We think a listing should be able to show what a room could be without either, as long as the photograph stays honest about the property itself.

The rules we work to

• Staging adds furniture and styling. It should never hide or change the building.
• The original photograph stays part of what you get back, so the two can be compared.
• AI makes mistakes. Every result needs checking against the original before it is used.
• An edited image should be labelled as edited wherever it is published.

How we write the guides

The guides cover photographing, styling and furnishing rooms, for agents and for homeowners. They are written from published guidance, portal rules and what we learn from staging real rooms. We do not invent quotes or experts.

Where a guide suggests products, we pick them because they suit the guide. No retailer pays to be included, and we say so plainly when we have not tried a product ourselves. If a link ever earns us a commission, it will be labelled where it appears.
