AI images and shopping disclosure

Links to retailers in our guides

Some guides name products and link to the retailer’s own page. We choose them because they suit the guide. No retailer has paid to be included, and mentioning a retailer does not mean we have a partnership with it.

Today these are ordinary links and Renza earns nothing from them. The retailer’s price, stock, delivery and returns terms apply to anything you buy.

Affiliate links

We are applying to affiliate programmes run by UK home and furniture retailers. Once a link is an affiliate link, Renza may earn a commission if you buy through it. You pay the same price either way.

• Each affiliate link will be labelled where it appears, not only on this page.
• A product goes in a guide on its merits. Commission never decides what we recommend.
• Affiliate tracking stays off until you agree to it, as our cookie policy explains.
• Similar products will never be presented as exact matches for an item in a staged image.

Room ideas are not product listings

Staged images contain AI-generated furniture. It is not a particular product, and the styling ideas beside an image in the app are not a claim that an item exists or fits the room.

Property photographs

Virtual staging is an illustration of possibilities, not evidence of a property’s current condition. AI can alter details incorrectly. Compare every edited photograph with its original and check the requirements of the place where you intend to publish it.

Check dimensions, layout, fixtures, finishes and views yourself. Keep the original photograph and clearly identify digitally altered images when sharing them. Do not use an image to conceal damage or give a misleading impression of a property.

Renza does not promise portal approval or regulatory compliance, and we are not affiliated with Rightmove or Zoopla.
